This “Cookie Policy” (our policy regarding the use of cookies) applies to all websites, including pages on third-party platforms (for example, Facebook or YouTube), and to applications that are accessed or used through such websites or third-party platforms that are managed by or on behalf of Smash Hub ®. By using our Sites, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this “Cookie Policy”. If you do not consent to our use of cookies, you must configure your browser appropriately or not use the Smash Hub ® company Sites. If you decide to disable the cookies we use, this may affect your experience while browsing one of our Sites. The table below summarizes the different types of cookies that may be used on the Smash Hub ® company Sites, together with their respective function and duration (that is, how long they will remain on your device).

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are computer files or partial data that may be stored on your computer (or other internet-enabled devices, such as smartphones or tablets) when you visit a Site. Generally, a cookie contains the name of the website from which it originates, the “lifetime” of the cookie (that is, how long it will remain on your device), and a value, which is usually a randomly generated unique number.

WHAT DO WE USE COOKIES FOR?

We use cookies to make our Sites easier to use and to better tailor them to your interests and needs. Cookies may also be used to help speed up your future experiences and activities on our Sites. In addition, we use cookies to compile anonymous and aggregated statistics that allow us to understand how people use our Sites and help us improve their structure and content. It is not possible to personally identify you through this information.

WHAT TYPES OF COOKIES DO WE USE?

Two types of cookies may be used on our Sites: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”. “Session cookies” are temporary cookies that remain on your device until you leave the Site. A “persistent cookie” remains on your device for a much longer period or until you manually delete it (how long the cookie will remain on your device will depend on the “lifetime” of the specific cookie and your browser settings). Some of the pages you visit may also collect information through “pixel tags” (also known as “clear gifs”), which may be shared with third parties that directly collaborate in our promotional activities and in the development of the websites. For example, information regarding the use of the websites by visitors to our Sites may be shared with advertising agencies to optimize the targeting of banner advertisements on our websites. In any case, the information is not personally identifiable, although it may be associated with your personal data.
